JOIN US AT PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN THE HIGHLANDS!

We would love to welcome you on your visit to our church. Below you’ll find useful information to help you plan and schedule a visit and we will greet you at the door!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP?

Our Sunday morning blended worship service begins at 10:30 AM and lasts approximately 1 hour.
You are welcome to wear whatever you want! Some people choose to dress in their Sunday best, while others come in more causal attire.
Feel free to park anywhere in our lot. We have signs posted to help you find your way to the main entrance. Upon entering our foyer, you'll see the smiles of our volunteers and greeters. Feel free to grab a snack at the kitchen, and grab a bulletin on your way in to the sanctuary. Feel free to sit anywhere you'd like. We would love to have you fill out our visitor information slip inside the bulletin. You can tear it out and place it in the offering basket later so we can reach out to answer any of your questions and let you know more about the activities of our church.
We have nursery workers and volunteers to watch children up to 2-years-old during our service. Upon your arrival, please inform one of our greeters or volunteers and they will be happy to assist you in finding the nursery.
We welcome children to join their families for the worship service. After a few songs and hymns, our Children's Ministry Team will host a "Children's Moment" in the service. All children ages 3 through 6th Grade are encouraged to come to the front for a short introduction to their lesson. We always get a good laugh when we hear them interact with the teachers! After the Children's Moment, they are welcome to join all the other children and teachers for snacks and a lesson in the children's modular. Your children can either join in, or stay with you if they are more comfortable. You can pick them up after the service in the children's modular. If you'd like to meet our Children's Ministry Team volunteers and staff before the service, just notify one of the greeters or ushers as you enter the sanctuary and they would be happy to facilitate an introduction to make everyone feel more comfortable.
We have Sunday School classes at 9:00 AM if you are interested in attending. Feel free to come and join any time or you can call the church office for more detailed information on the classes, teachers, and lessons.
Our Sunday morning worship service is a mixture of traditional and contemporary elements. We sing hymns and modern worship songs. Sometimes we sing modernized hymns! We invite people to worship through various sacraments, responsive readings, prayers, testimonies, and giving of tithes and offerings. We have a time of teaching and sharing in the Word of God. In our services we hope to blend and honor the past traditions while paving the way for the future with open hearts and minds so that we can encounter the presence of God together.
